Client Support

Our support staff is available for you 24 hours a day, 7 times a week, 365 times a year. They work on shifts, so anytime of the day, someone will support you. We are using Ubersmith to Manage our Tickets, Helpdesk and Billing. Use the following tools for all your support needs:

  • Client Portal - https://portal.webbycart.com - In Client Portal, you can view your Invoices, Pay Invoices, Edit Client Info, Submit Tickets, View Tickets, Reboot Server, etc. If you still don't have an account in the Client Portal, you can just email us at support@webbycart.com for Support. You can click the link above or login directly using the Client Login Acess on the side. You can also send an email directly to support@webbycart.com and this will create a new ticket.

  • Support Forums - http://forum.webbycart.com - Hosted on a different server and different Data Center. - When Our Main Server where our website is hosted is down for unforseen reason, our support forums will still be available. No broken communication, No support un-answered.

  • Live Support / Chat - 24 /7 Chat Support. All Chat Operators can answer your Sales, Support or Billing Queries. Click the Live Support Image on the side of every page of this site to have a chat with Support Staff.
